Two men were shot in the back outside a busy Brooklyn subway station on Tuesday night, with one of the victims believed to be an innocent bystander.
The shooting occurred at the start of the evening rush hour around 5 p.m. outside the Utica Avenue A/C train station in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
Two men - aged 27 and 45 - were shot in the back, however police say only one was the intended target.
Investigators believe the gunman was captured on surveillance video from a nearby grocery store, minutes before the shooting, ABC7 NY reported.

One of the men is in a critical condition after being shot multiple times.
Both men were taken to Kings County Hospital.
According to CBS, the victims encountered the gunman on the stairs descending into the station, and ran underground into the station after being shot.
The gunman is believed to have fired from the stop of the stairs.

Witnesses say people fled for safety at the sound of the gunshots.
'Everybody was just, it was just gunshots and everybody was running, so it was just anybody's bullet, you know it's like anybody could have gotten shot,' passerby Chaka Parker told CBS.
Police said the gunman - described only as wearing a gray hoodie and gray pants - fled down Atlantic Avenue.
The A and C trains were bypassing Utica Avenue station Tuesday night as police closed the area.
